Ana Marques

Ana is a multidisciplinary designer with extensive experience in higher education and academic settings, and a background in graphic design and illustration. 

She is passionate about finding ways to humanise data visualisation practices and outputs using design thinking, storytelling and multimedia, among other creative tools. 

As a research student with Diverse CDT, she is keen to look at techniques that allow for the development of engaging, accessible and unique data vis – thereby facilitating the dissemination of information that nurtures, educates, informs, motivates and empowers individuals with knowledge about themselves and the world that surrounds them.
