Gursaiv’s background in psychology and human–computer interaction shapes her interest in how people perceive, process, and interact with information. She is drawn to the intersection of cognition, design, and digital systems, exploring how well-crafted interfaces and visual representations can support clearer understanding of complex data. Her work increasingly focuses on how AI and technology can enhance accessibility and transform the way information is communicated.

Within Diverse CDT, she aims to create data visualizations that emphasise inclusivity and lived experience, bridging gaps between technical insight and the communities and decision-makers who rely on it.
