I am a data visualization researcher working on diverse topics, with a main focus on network visualization. I did my PhD at Inria (Aviz team) on network visualization applied to social history and was a research engineer for two years at the University of Edinburgh (Vishub team) where I researched tools/grammars for network visualization, dashboard design, and visualization atlases for sustainability communication.

I like to combine prototype development, collaborative work, and solving real problems when doing data visualization research and try to have a design and engineering approach in a way that can answer or support solving specific domain problems.

I also have experience in visual patterns interpretation, visual querying, scalability in visualization, and more recently started working on visualization for sound design and musical production.
