Rachna Rana is a Psychology graduate who brings a creative, design-led approach to research. Through a placement at the Children’s Commissioner’s Office and volunteering with older adults and people living with dementia, she has seen how much clear information matters to the people it is meant to serve.
This experience has sparked her interest in human-computer interaction, particularly how accessible visualizations could support people with arthritis, dementia or limited mobility.
At Diverse CDT, Rachna is keen to combine creative practice with psychological research methods in interdisciplinary work. She welcomes collaboration that places inclusion and diversity at the centre of data
