Work Psychology Group (WPG) is a research-led organisational or business psychology consultancy. It bridges the gap between the working world and the latest research and practices by publishing academic research, speaking at international conferences and participating in a wide range of business networks.
Diverse CDT’s goals around innovations in recruitment for a diverse doctoral community strongly align with the WPG’s research and practice work in widening access into professions with similar training programmes. Diverse CDT is a novel opportunity to innovate in recruitment and selection with regards to diversity and widening access, with the opportunity to implement new practices.
WPG is contributing advisory support to feed into the CDT’s recruitment practices, with the aim of clearly evaluating success in promoting diversity and widening access objectives.
