Nicola Kirkby is often the first point of contact for staff, students, and applicants to the Diverse CDT. She provides strategic oversight of academic and administrative contributions from City St George’s and Warwick to run the Centre.
Nicola’s background is in enhancing research culture through inclusion; she previously led PhD researcher development and skills training at City St George’s.
Alongside running Diverse CDT, Nicola continues to publish academic work exploring infrastructural and imaginative change in nineteenth-century Britain. She is interested in exploring connections between historical visualization and creativity with CDT researchers.
