Co-Director, Diverse CDT
Stephanie is Professor of Human-Computer Interaction and Co-Director of the Centre for HCI Design (HCID).
Professor Jason Dykes
Co-Director, Diverse CDT
A vis researcher who designs algorithms, interactions, maps & methods to show structure in diverse data sets.
Professor Cagatay Turkay
Co-Director, Diverse CDT
Cagatay leads the Centre for Interdisciplinary Methodologies at Warwick and specialises in data visualisation
Dr Marjahan Begum
Lecturer in Computer Science
Dr Marjahan Begum is a learning scientist with a focus on computer science education and higher education.
Professor Rachel Cohen
Professor of Sociology
Professor Cohen’s main interests are in the sociology of work and employment; especially ‘non-standard’ work.
Dr Sara Jones
Reader in Creative Interactive System Design
Dr Jones’ research interests include the use of new and emerging technologies to support creative processes.
Dr Greg McInerny
Associate Professor
Greg is an ecologist who came into visualization via computational ecology, and science policy-interfaces.
Professor Jo Wood
Professor of Visual Analytics
Jo designed the ‘literate visualization’ notebook approach that plays a key role in Diverse CDT.
Dr Nicola Kirkby
Centre Manager, Diverse CDT
Nicola provides strategic oversight of academic and administrative contributions to Diverse CDT.
Mike Drummond
Knowledge Transfer Partnerships Manager, City St George’s, University of London
Mike is Partnerships Coordinator for Diverse CDT, supporting engagement with key external organisations.
Ian Gibbs
Head of Academic Enterprise, City St George’s, University of London
Ian’s responsibilities include managing knowledge exchange and City St George’s technology transfer teams.
